More than a contact database
Manage customers, drivers, companies, enquiries, projects and event relationships in one connected motorsport CRM.
Pitwall OS CRM is being designed for organisations where a contact can be much more than a sales lead. The same person might be a customer, driver, event participant, team member, supplier or commercial partner.
Bring those relationships together in one structured workspace, connect them to events and projects, and give your team a clearer picture of every interaction.
Preview functionality and interface designs may continue to change as we test workflows and respond to user feedback.

A CRM That Understands Your Operation
Conventional CRM platforms are normally built around a simple relationship between a company, a salesperson and a customer.
Motorsport, simulation and live events are more complicated. A driver may attend several events, compete on multiple leaderboards, receive coaching, hire equipment and later become a commercial customer. A venue may be connected to opportunities, projects, equipment allocations and previous event reports.
Pitwall OS CRM is designed to preserve these relationships rather than splitting them across separate systems.

What The CRM Does
Contacts and drivers
Create structured records for customers, drivers, crew members, suppliers, partners and other contacts. Store their details, roles, preferences, notes and connected activity in one place.
Companies and organisations
Manage teams, venues, clients, suppliers and commercial partners. Connect multiple people, projects and events to the correct organisation.
Enquiries and opportunities
Record new enquiries, track their status and keep the next action visible. Build a clearer route from initial contact to confirmed project or event.
Tasks and follow-ups
Create tasks from contact, company, project or event records. Assign responsibility, set priorities and keep important follow-up work from being forgotten.
Activity history
Keep notes, conversations, decisions, tasks and important changes together in a chronological record that can be understood by the wider team.
Event and project connections
Connect customers, drivers, companies and suppliers to the events and projects they are involved with, without duplicating the same information across several systems.
Tags and classifications
Organise records using flexible tags, roles, categories and statuses created for motorsport, simulator and event operations.
Search, filters and exports
Find records quickly using structured filters and search. Prepare selected information for reporting, operational use or approved export workflows.
See The Complete Relationship
A Pitwall OS contact record is intended to provide more than a name, telephone number and email address.
It can show who the person is, which organisation they belong to, what role they perform and how they are connected to your operation.
Contact records can bring together notes, tasks, event involvement, project history, enquiries and important activity, giving authorised team members useful context before they make contact or take action.

Manage customers, venues, teams, suppliers, sponsors and commercial partners as structured organisations.
Each company record can connect the relevant people, opportunities, events, projects, tasks and notes. This gives the team a shared view of the relationship rather than leaving important knowledge in individual inboxes or personal spreadsheets.

Move Enquiries Towards A Clear Next Action
Capture enquiries from companies and individuals, record what they need and move each opportunity through a visible pipeline.
Pitwall OS CRM is being developed to support motorsport simulator builds, equipment supply, event enquiries, driver coaching, venue installations, technical support and other specialist opportunities.
Each opportunity should show its current stage, estimated value, responsible team member, expected date and next action.
Example pipeline stages
- 01New enquiry
- 02Qualification
- 03Requirements
- 04Proposal
- 05Review
- 06Confirmed
- 07Completed
- 08Lost or postponed
Customisable stages are planned for a future version.

Important work should not disappear inside notes or conversation histories.
Create a task directly from a contact, company, enquiry, project or event. Assign it to a team member, set a priority and connect it to the record that provides the context.
Quick-entry controls should allow users to capture a task immediately and add more detail later.
Example task types
- Contact customer
- Prepare quotation
- Confirm venue requirements
- Collect driver information
- Arrange equipment
- Review technical specifications
- Send event documents
- Complete post-event follow-up
- Schedule maintenance
- Request customer feedback
Capture Information Without Slowing Down
CRM systems fail when adding information becomes too time-consuming.
Pitwall OS is being designed with quick-entry tools for busy event, workshop and simulator environments. Create a basic record quickly, then add more information when it becomes available.
Customer-facing intake forms can also help collect structured details directly from a customer, participant or project contact.

CRM Is Only The Beginning
Pitwall OS CRM is being developed as part of a connected operating platform.
Customer and company information can provide the starting point for events, projects, equipment requirements and competition activity. As additional connections are completed, teams will be able to move between commercial and operational records without repeatedly entering the same information.
CRM and Events
Turn a confirmed enquiry into an event while retaining the customer, venue, contacts, requirements and related activity.
CRM and Assets
Connect equipment requirements, supplied systems and relevant assets with the customer, project or organisation using them.
CRM and Timing
Connect registered drivers and participants with competitions, sessions and leaderboard results where appropriate.
CRM and Projects
Move commercial requirements into structured delivery plans with tasks, responsibilities, deadlines and client collaboration.

The Right Interface For The Job
A company director, salesperson, event manager and technician do not need the same CRM screen.
Pitwall OS is web-based and is being designed with different interface styles for different roles and environments.
Management workspace
Detailed records, reports, pipeline information and team oversight.
Fast-entry interface
Quick controls for capturing contacts, notes, tasks and enquiries.
Mobile event view
Essential contact and event information for authorised crew working away from the office.
Customer intake
Simple forms for collecting structured information from customers and participants.

Built Through Real Operational Feedback
Pitwall OS is developed using a fast, feedback-led and AI-assisted approach. This allows us to create working features, test different workflows, investigate bugs and adapt the platform around genuine user requests.
Our goal is not to reproduce a generic CRM with motorsport branding. We want to understand the work carried out by simulator venues, motorsport teams, event companies, equipment suppliers and driver development organisations, then build functionality around those requirements.
Features shown during the preview may be changed, extended or simplified as we learn from real users.
Is your workflow missing?
Tell us what your current CRM cannot do, where information is being duplicated and which repetitive tasks take the most time. Practical feedback will help determine what we build next.
From Functional Preview To Controlled Beta
The current CRM preview demonstrates the interface, data structure and intended workflows.
Our next major development stage is focused on strengthening the backend and preparing the platform for controlled beta testing. This work is essential before Pitwall OS is presented as a production-ready business system.
Development priorities
- Authentication and account security
- Role-based access controls
- Workspace data separation
- Database rules and validation
- Protection of personal information
- Activity and audit logging
- Backup and recovery procedures
- Error monitoring
- Performance testing
- Automated application testing
- Manual workflow testing
- Cross-browser testing
- Desktop, tablet and mobile testing
- Controlled beta user onboarding
- Documentation and support processes
Pitwall OS CRM is currently preview software. Interface designs, workflows and available functionality may change. Organisations should not use the preview to store sensitive production data unless they have received explicit confirmation that their environment is approved for that purpose.
Help Build A Better Motorsport CRM
We are inviting simulator centres, motorsport organisations, event providers, equipment specialists and driver development businesses to review the Pitwall OS CRM preview.
Request a demonstration, join the future beta programme or tell us about the workflows that existing CRM platforms fail to support.
