Pitwall OS is a web-based business and operations platform created specifically for motorsport organisations, simulator centres, experience providers and event companies. It brings customer management, equipment, event planning and competition timing into one connected system.

Pitwall OS is currently in active preview. Our first four modules are now being demonstrated and developed: CRM, Assets, Timing and Events. This preview gives users an early look at the workflows, interfaces and functionality we are building.

The next stage of development will focus on strengthening the backend, security, permissions, data protection and comprehensive testing required for controlled beta use.

Why it exists

One Platform For The Whole Operation

Motorsport and simulator businesses have operational requirements that conventional CRM, asset management and event platforms rarely understand.

A customer can also be a driver. A simulator can be an asset, a bookable resource and part of an event installation. Equipment may move between a venue, workshop, storage facility and live event. Competition results need to connect with drivers, sessions, vehicles, tracks and leaderboards. Pitwall OS is designed around these relationships.

Instead of forcing motorsport operations into generic templates, Pitwall OS provides purpose-built tools that reflect how these organisations actually work. The result is a connected operational workspace that can grow from a small simulator venue or mobile events business into a multi-site motorsport organisation.

The Pitwall OS CRM is designed to manage the complete relationship between an organisation and the people it works with.

Create and manage records for customers, drivers, companies, venues, suppliers, partners, crew members and event contacts. Keep contact details, notes, activity, project history and operational information together in one structured record.

Know what you own, where it is and whether it is ready

The Assets module provides a central record for the equipment used throughout a motorsport, simulation or events operation.

Manage complete simulators as well as the individual components fitted to them, including PCs, displays, wheelbases, steering wheels, pedals, motion systems, controls, networking equipment, cables, tools, flight cases and event infrastructure.

Assets can be organised by location, category, simulator, kit, storage case, event allocation or operational status.

Run competitions and present results clearly

The Timing module is being designed for simulator venues, esports competitions, promotional activations, driver challenges and live motorsport experiences.

Create competitions, register drivers, record lap times and manage leaderboards from within the same platform used to organise the event.

Timing experiences can be configured around the needs of each event, including permanent venue leaderboards, short competitions, rolling challenges and public displays.

Pitwall OS Timing is not intended to replace every professional motorsport timing system. It is a practical competition and leaderboard platform for simulator venues, events and experience-led motorsport activities.

The Events module connects the commercial, operational and competition sides of an event.

Create a complete event record, define the venue, assign crew, allocate simulators and equipment, build schedules and keep important information in one shared workspace.

Vibe coding helps us develop quickly, but it does not remove the need for engineering discipline. Security, structured testing, documentation and controlled releases remain essential parts of taking Pitwall OS from preview to a dependable production platform.

Where Pitwall OS Is Heading

CRM, Assets, Timing and Events are the foundations of a much broader operational platform.

Over time, we plan to introduce additional connected functionality for projects, bookings, logistics, simulator management, telemetry, driver development, engineering, communications, documents, reporting and customer-facing services.

The platform will also expand its shared catalogues and ready-built inventories, helping organisations add recognised equipment, simulator components, vehicles, circuits, venues and operational resources more quickly. Users can start with trusted catalogue information, then add their own pricing, serial numbers, configuration, location, maintenance history and business-specific details.

Artificial intelligence will be introduced where it can reduce administration, improve data quality or help users make better use of their information.

Origins

Designed From Real Motorsport And Event Experience

Pitwall OS is being developed from direct experience of running simulator venues, building and maintaining simulator equipment, supporting motorsport customers and delivering live events. That experience shapes the details.

It influences how equipment is grouped, how simulator components are connected, how drivers are registered, how leaderboards are displayed, how event teams work and how information needs to move between the office, workshop, venue and competition floor. Pitwall OS is not generic software with motorsport terminology added afterwards.
